“Can UK visitors legally join a Cannabis Social Club when visiting Spain?”
In Spain, cannabis social clubs operate as closed, non-profit private associations protected under Article 22 of the Constitution. To join legally, you must be of legal age (usually 21+), present valid photo ID, register in person at private premises, and receive endorsement from an existing member. Public advertising and street touts are illegal.

UKCSL provides free, confidential casework support to help patients navigate the UK medical cannabis clinic pathway. UKCSL clarifies eligibility criteria for diagnosed conditions, helps prepare summary of care records, and connects patients with accredited CBPM specialist doctors across the UK.
UKCSL began in 2016 from a fundamental need: ensuring individuals seeking cannabis for health and relief always have an empathetic human casework team to talk to.
